FUB-AMB (also known as methyl (1-(4-fluorobenzyl)-1H-indazole-3-carbonyl)-L-valinate, AMB-FUBINA, AMB-FUBINACA, and MMB-FUBINACA) is a synthetic cannabinoid from the indazole family. It is a potent CB-1 agonist, as are many other compounds in its class.
FUB-AMB is structurally a methyl ester derivative of the closely related AB-FUBINACA. The altered chemical identification of AMB-FUBINACA shows that the valine terminal amide groups have been removed and replaced with a methyl ester. There is relatively little publicly available data on the physiological consequences of the AMB-FUBINACA variation, therefore it should be used with extreme caution.
